1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for or using any Daitalink service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.
2. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or within the service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
3. Nature of Service – Fully Managed Professional Coaching (Sales-Tax Exempt)
You are purchasing a fully managed professional coaching service delivered through Daitalink’s proprietary AI Coaches.
These AI Coaches are built, trained, continuously supervised, and improved exclusively by Daitalink’s human team using the DAITA Engine (curated, verified human expertise only).
You receive dedicated voice sessions, unlimited chat, personalized progress recaps, and ongoing accountability — all managed and quality-controlled by Daitalink.
You are granted no login, no dashboard, no API keys, no prompts, and no ability to modify or program the coach.
Accordingly, all fees are for non-taxable professional coaching services and are not subject to sales tax in any jurisdiction.
4. Service Delivery
Your interactions (voice and chat) are with your assigned AI Coach. Behind the scenes, Daitalink’s human experts oversee training data, session quality, recap generation, and continuous improvement of your coach.
5. Billing
Services are billed monthly in advance. Current pricing is displayed at checkout or in your service agreement. We may adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice.
6. Sales Tax
As stated in Section 3, Daitalink provides professional coaching services only. No sales tax applies or will be charged.
7. Cancellation
Cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice to support@daitalink.com. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
8. Intellectual Property
All coaching systems, methodologies, the DAITA Engine, and AI Coaches remain the exclusive property of Daitalink.
9. Privacy & Data

10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. No indirect or consequential damages.
11. No Guaranteed Results
Outcomes depend on your participation and implementation.
12. Governing Law
Texas law applies. Exclusive venue: Rockwall County, Texas.
