We Train Insurance Agents. Then We Keep Training Them.
Your agents don’t need more training.
They need reps.
We are a training consultancy. For twenty-one years we did this work inside agencies by hand — writing the standard, running the reps, scoring the calls — until the engagement ended and it faded. InForce is that same work, running inside your agency every week, and it does not stop when we hang up.
Schedule a Free DiagnosticWhy InForce
Most sales training teaches knowledge. We build execution — the ability to say the right thing under real pressure, in a real conversation — and then we keep building it after the week we set it up.
We build the standard with you, then run the practice against it. Allie prepares. Ivan pressure-tests and scores. Add Becca, and she is trained on your carriers, products, and services, and answers agent questions in real time — with documents attached. It runs continuously — not once a quarter during a workshop that’s forgotten by Monday, and not for the six months a consultant is on retainer.
Fully Managed · Always ImprovingThe Problem
Training happens once. Revenue pressure happens every day.
Traditional sales training is built around an event — a workshop, a seminar, an onboarding week. So is most consulting, which is just a longer and more expensive event. The skills that matter decay fast either way, and the gaps don’t show up until an agent is already in front of a customer.
01
Knowledge Doesn’t Equal Execution
Agents can pass a quiz and still freeze when a prospect pushes back. Knowing what to say and being able to say it under pressure are two completely different skills.
02
Nobody Can Tell You If It Held
Whether training happened is easy to confirm — you have the sign-in sheet. Whether it held is a different question, and in most agencies nobody in the building can answer it. Without repetition and an honest score, the answer is a guess.
03
No Real Feedback Loop
Managers can’t sit on every call. Agents rarely self-correct without specific, timely feedback. The gap between what they do and what they should do stays invisible.
04
Real Customers Bear the Cost
Every new hire learns on live prospects. Every tenured agent who never improved costs real revenue. Your customers are subsidizing your training gaps.
05
Managers Can’t Coach at Scale
Doing this by hand costs roughly forty minutes per person per week, delivered by someone senior enough to know what good sounds like. Twelve agents is a full day a week off your best manager — the one who is already the bottleneck for everything else.
06
New Hires Struggle in the First 90 Days
Early attrition usually traces back to the onboarding experience rather than attitude or effort. Agents who aren’t confident in their conversations quit or get cut before they ever reach potential.
InForce addresses all six. Not with another training program — with an always-on system that works inside your agency every single day.
Three Ways to Train
Start where your agency is. Every path ends in the same place: reps.
A 5-week sales program for your whole agency. One clear call flow, one clear conversation flow, five scored practice rounds, and a results review at the end. The foundation.
Ongoing practice with Abby. Fifty ready-made customer scenarios, swapped out for new ones on a regular basis, that your producers can run any time, scored every time. The reps that keep the foundation from fading.
The full engagement with Allie and Ivan, including call prep for the real calls your producers are about to make. Run it on our standard insurance version or have it built on your own carriers and products. Add Becca and gamification if you want them.
The Specialists
The full engagement. How we do the work now.
The Specialists are Allie and Ivan: the full InForce engagement. They do the two jobs a good sales trainer does in a room: prepare the agent and be the difficult customer. We used to do both ourselves, one agent at a time, on the days we were on site. Allie and Ivan do them every day, for every agent.
The Specialists come two ways. The standard version runs on a proven insurance standard that is not tied to any one carrier, and it still includes the core Specialist features: call prep, objection preparation, scored practice, gap analysis, and the manager dashboard. The custom version is built on your agency’s own written standard, your carriers, and your products. Features tied to your specific carriers and products are available in the custom version. Either way, two options can be added: Becca, your writing and knowledge assistant, and gamification, which turns the reps into a competition your team will actually show up for.
The method has not changed in twenty-one years. What changed is that it no longer costs a senior person’s full day to deliver, which is why it can now keep running after we would have left.
One thing to be clear about: we are not a roleplay company. We are a training company. The conversation with Ivan is the test — how you find out whether an agent is ready to have this conversation with a live customer, or ready to do the job you hired them to do. Everything else here exists to get them ready for that test and to tell you plainly where they stand when it’s over.
Allie
The Specialists · Your Agents’ Training Consultant
Allie builds the foundation every agent needs before they ever get on a live call. She learns your sales process, your carriers and products, and your ideal customer — then creates a personalized preparation environment for each agent. Allie is available around the clock, adapts to each agent’s gaps, and never runs out of patience.
Allie reviews the agent’s upcoming schedule and preps them on each prospect — context, likely objections, and the right opening.
She walks agents through the most common objections in your market and coaches their responses until they’re fluent, not scripted.
Deep-dives on your products, carriers, and differentiators — turned into conversational fluency, not bullet-point memorization.
Allie helps agents understand when to slow down, when to pause, and how their delivery affects prospect confidence.
She identifies each agent’s specific weak points from their practice history and focuses prep time where it will have the biggest impact.
Allie delivers the single change that would move the score most — named specifically enough to act on. A person handed nine corrections implements none of them.
Allie coaches agents on the disclosure and licensing language your state and carriers require — before it matters on a live call.
Allie runs targeted scenarios around your specific situations — renewal season, competitive quotes, new product launches.
Ivan
The Specialists · Your Agents’ Pressure-Test Partner
Ivan is the hardest prospect your agents will ever face — and the safest place to face them. He simulates real buyer pressure: the dismissals, the price objections, the “I need to think about it.” Every conversation gets two separate scores — conversation quality and process flow — across fifteen specific dimensions, so agents know exactly where they stood up and where they broke down. This is the readiness check. An agent who can hold the conversation with Ivan is ready for the one with your customer. An agent who can’t has found that out in the one place where it costs nothing.
Ivan pushes back the way real prospects do — not with generic objections, but with the specific resistance your market actually creates.
He tracks how long it takes an agent to respond and whether that hesitation signals uncertainty — because prospects notice even if they don’t say so.
Ivan can escalate from skeptical to hostile so agents learn to stay composed and credible when conversations go sideways.
After every practice conversation, Ivan delivers a scored debrief — what landed, what didn’t, and what to work on next. The score never softens because someone is on a streak.
How Ivan Scores Every Practice Conversation
Conversation Quality — 50 pts
- Opening strength and credibility
- Rapport building and connection
- Pain identification depth
- Solution fit and relevance
- Value articulation clarity
- Objection response quality
- Confidence and tonality
- Urgency and commitment signals
- Active listening indicators
Process Flow — 50 pts
- Discovery sequence followed
- Qualifying criteria addressed
- Pricing presented correctly
- Compliance language used
- Clear next step established
- CRM action indicated
Two scores. Fifteen dimensions. 100 points. Every conversation, every agent, scored the same way every time. Scores roll up into a tracking system so managers see individual and team movement over time — which is the measurement this system actually produces.
Becca
Optional with the Specialists · Your Agents’ Knowledge & Support Assistant
Becca is a text-based AI assistant trained on your products, services, carriers, and FAQs. She helps your team draft customer emails, respond to online reviews, and write social media posts. And when an agent has a question between calls — about coverage, pricing, a policy detail, or how to handle a specific situation — Becca answers it immediately, in plain language, without hunting through documents or waiting on a manager. Agents can attach documents directly to their questions and Becca will work from them.
Becca helps your team write the follow-up email, answer the online review, and draft the social media post, so the writing gets done without pulling a producer off the phones.
Agents ask Becca specific questions about your products, riders, exclusions, and coverage options and get accurate, plain-language answers they can repeat on the next call.
Agents can attach a policy, rate sheet, proposal, or carrier document and ask Becca specific questions about what’s in it — no more digging through PDFs mid-call prep.
When a document is read, personal information is removed from the transcript. Becca will not give back a name or an address from an uploaded document — she answers the coverage question, not the customer question.
Becca is trained on your specific carrier relationships and product portfolio so the answers reflect what your agency actually offers — not generic insurance knowledge.
Five minutes before a callback, an agent can ask Becca exactly what they need to know about a product or coverage point and get a clear answer before they dial.
Where We Draw the Line
We do not record, transcribe, or score your live customer calls. That is a decision, not a missing feature.
A training system that listens to real sales calls captures whatever the customer said on them — date of birth, address, driver’s license number, prior carrier, sometimes payment details. That is nonpublic personal information, and the agency that let it out of the building is the one holding the exposure, not the software company that collected it. We decided the training value was not worth handing you that risk.
So we built it the other way around. The situation can be entirely real — the coverage, the vehicle, the limits, the prior carrier, the objection the agent knows is coming — and it should be, because a rep against the real situation is worth more than a rep against a generic one. What never goes in is the identity: no customer name, no address, no phone number. When a document is uploaded to Becca, personal information is stripped from the transcript, and Becca will not give back a name or an address from it. Real deals, anonymous customers, and nothing recorded off a live line.
No Live Call Recording · No Customer IdentityHow It Works
The InForce Training Loop
InForce runs as a continuous cycle — not a one-time event. Each step feeds the next, so every agent is always getting better and every gap is always getting closed.
We start with what you’ve built — your scripts, objection maps, carrier materials, and process documentation — and turn it into a written standard specific enough that two of your managers would score the same call the same way.
Allie turns your materials into an interactive coaching environment — structured, searchable, and ready to adapt to each agent’s individual needs.
Agents are assigned regular practice conversations as part of their weekly workflow — before big calls, during onboarding, or on a recurring cadence.
Each session puts the agent in a conversation with Ivan — a buyer who pushes back the way your real prospects do, with the objections that actually occur in your market. Agents can bring the real deal they’re working. They leave the customer’s name, address, and phone number out of it.
Ivan scores each conversation across all fifteen dimensions, the same way every time. No waiting on a manager. The agent gets specific feedback the moment the session ends.
The system flags where each agent consistently underperforms — not just overall, but at the dimension level. Weak on value articulation. Strong on discovery. The map is precise.
Between practice conversations and live calls, agents bring their questions to Becca. She answers product and coverage questions on demand, accepts document attachments with personal information stripped, and keeps agents supported at every point in their day.
InForce doesn’t stop after onboarding. It runs continuously, adapting to agent progress, market changes, new products, and evolving objections. This is the step everybody skips, and it is the one that decides whether you built a system or held an event.

Coverage
What InForce Prepares Your Agents For
Every conversation type that shows up in your sales process. Every objection that slows your pipeline. Every scenario that separates the agents who close from the ones who almost do.
Price, timing, authority, and competition — the objections that kill deals when agents aren’t ready for them.
Conversational fluency with your products — not memorized features, but the ability to explain value in the customer’s language.
How to present, defend, and anchor your pricing — so agents don’t panic, concede prematurely, or lose accounts they should keep.
The questions that surface real need, qualify the right prospects, and set up a second conversation worth having.
Creating urgency, asking for the commitment, and recovering when the first ask gets deflected.
What to do when a call goes sideways, a client gets hostile, or the conversation needs to be handed off without losing momentum.
Exactly what to say, what to avoid, and how to stay inside licensing and disclosure requirements without killing the conversation.
Opening conversations with prospects who didn’t ask to hear from you — and earning the right to keep talking.
The conversation that keeps a client who just got a cheaper quote in the mail — practiced before renewal season, not during it.
Introducing the second and third policy without it sounding like a pitch bolted onto a service call.
How to handle “I’m also getting a quote from someone else” without sounding defensive — or losing the account to someone who doesn’t.
Bringing a cold prospect back to life, reviving a stalled quote, and knowing when to re-open a conversation that went quiet.
Who It’s For
Built for agencies that can’t afford to wait on traditional training.
You’re growing and you need new agents to ramp fast — without your producers spending all their time babysitting onboarding.
Your first 90 days determine whether an agent stays or leaves. InForce makes those 90 days productive instead of expensive.
You need agents who know what to say and what they can’t — every time, on every call, without a supervisor listening in.
Different offices, different tenure, different habits. InForce holds every location to the same written standard instead of whoever happens to be coaching there.
Insurance, financial services, and adjacent sectors — where what you say matters as much as what you sell.
If your carrier agreement or your own policy keeps customer conversations out of third-party tools, InForce fits — because it never needed them.
You’ve run the workshops. You’ve hired the coaches. You’re ready for something that runs continuously and shows you the numbers.
The Difference
Not a platform. A consultancy that doesn’t leave.
Most sales tools give you dashboards. Most consultants give you a good six months. We give you reps — and we are still running them next year. Allie preps. Ivan tests and scores. Add Becca and she answers, on demand, with your carriers and documents built in. Every week, not once a quarter, and not until the retainer runs out.
And it is fully managed, the way a consulting engagement is managed. You don’t build the scenarios, configure the scoring, or update the content when a carrier changes a product. That is our job, the same as it was when we were doing it in your conference room. You focus on selling.
We are also not a roleplay company. The roleplay is the instrument, not the product. The product is a trained agent and a straight answer about whether they are ready — ready for the conversation with a live customer, ready for the job you hired them to do.
And because InForce is built on the Daitalink platform, it can connect to the rest of your stack — your CRM, your training records, your onboarding process — so practice conversations don’t happen in isolation.
The agents who win aren’t the ones who know the most. They’re the ones who can deliver what they know under real pressure — in the actual conversation, with an actual prospect, on a real call. Knowledge is trained by being told. That is trained by reps, and there is no shortcut.
Where Most Agencies Start
Not ready for the full engagement?
Start with Bootcamp.
Bootcamp is a 5-week sales program for your whole agency, with a clear start, a clear finish, and a measured result. Your producers learn one call flow that takes them from the first hello to a locked next step, and one conversation flow that gets the customer to name the problem in their own words. Then they practice it out loud, one round a week, until it sticks.
What’s Included
- The book — a copy of Let Them Say It, the field manual behind the program, for each producer, sent before the kickoff
- Live kickoff — a 30-minute Zoom with your team to walk through both flows, set the weekly rhythm, and get everyone started
- Field guide — one page with the call flow and the conversation flow, to keep by the phone
- Five practice rounds, one a week — each a full sales call with a customer who gets a little tougher every round, followed by coaching on the exact spots that slipped, practiced again on the spot
- Owner dashboard — see who has finished each round and how each call ranked, any time
- Results review — a 30-minute Zoom at week 5 that puts each producer’s first round next to their last
- Certificate of completion for every producer who finishes all five rounds
What’s Not Included
- Ongoing practice — access runs 60 days; Drills and the Specialists are how the reps continue
- Custom rubric — calls are scored against the Bootcamp standard, not your agency’s specific process
- Carrier and product knowledge — Bootcamp teaches how to run the call, not your specific carriers or products
- Call prep for real upcoming calls — that is Allie and Ivan, in the Specialists
- A promised percentage lift — we show you how each call ranked in week 1 and week 5, and nothing more
$995*

Your team. 60 days of access. No monthly fee.
Bootcamp is not the event that replaces the system. It is the foundation the system is built on. Five weeks gives your producers one way to run a call and the first reps of running it. What keeps it from fading is what comes next.
Agencies that finish Bootcamp and move into Drills or the Specialists arrive with a shared language and every producer’s gaps already on the record. The reps start from week one instead of month three.
