Chuck’s career, spanning over four decades, is a blend of strategic expertise and an unwavering commitment to innovation. His journey began in the Army Signal Corps, where he developed foundational strengths in communication and problem-solving. He went on to spend 21 years in the telecom industry as an Engineer, Executive, and Consultant, playing a key role in leading teams and driving innovation during a time of rapid technological transformation.
In 2006, Chuck founded what would become the foundation for today’s Daitalink—originally established as Interact Business Solutions. The company focused on helping businesses solve complex challenges through strategic consulting, digital marketing, and SEO. Through his other entities, Social Kudo and The Local PR Firm, Chuck further explored the power of online engagement, reinforcing his belief in the importance of clear communication and brand visibility.
As AI technology advanced, Chuck recognized an opportunity to merge his strategic and operational experience with custom-trained AI solutions. In 2023, he launched the AI division under Interact, which quickly grew in importance and impact. That success led to the formation of Daitalink as the primary brand and platform—dedicated to empowering businesses through intelligent, automated systems. Interact now operates as a strategic consulting and marketing division within Daitalink, continuing to provide foundational support to clients while the AI tools take center stage.
